I'm sitting at work today, and Beverly Oouts, a sadly unfortunate and awkward seasonal worker is speaking to her daughter on the phone (we are part of a 4 part cubicle thing so I'm not trying to listen in, it is just unavoidable in close working conditions). Turns out, Beverly's family has had a case of Lice! YIKES!!! I have never been in contact with lice before, but just the thought has given me the heebiejeebies! She was giving her daughter instructions to get this 'spray' and spray everything down with it. Um. Spray? Aren't you suppossed to like strip down everything and wash it like crazy? Then she says, "Yah, thats what we've used in the past. It doesn't get them all though, there are always a few that don't die so we'll just get them next time." Whoa whoa WHOA! Next time?!!!" Who are these people! Shouldn't lice be a one time thing? Something normal people avoid like the plague? Who prepares for a 'next time!' *shudder*
I can't stop itching just thinking about it! Anywho, when I returned from lunch the following picture was on my desktop, courtesy of Sam, one of my fellow employees who was present!

Happy Monday!*shudder*

ha! I love it. Who doesn't secretly worry about contracting some horrible disease from their weird coworker, anyway? I've so been there. Love you Cher!
YUCK!! Hey Cher.. I just read the last 5 posts.. you are just so darling. As far as your feeling of failure, with the doctors orders... here's my advice. When I went on my "get rid of baby weight" mission.. I decided to take one "week"/ "day" at a time. I figured that I HAD to lose 1 lb. a week. So I thought "I want to lose 30 lbs. That is 30 weeks. I can do this for 30 weeks. The best part was that it only took 15 weeks! I also want you to know that I love you and Adam. And I love reading your blog. I finally updated mine. I love blogs - they make me smile! Love you. Thanks for the funny story... have Shelli Check your head... she had lice all the time on her mission!
Eeeh! My head started itching as I read this. I psych myself out way too easily!
That is probably the best story I have heard in a long time! Thanks Cheri! Hopefully she doesn't pass it on to you! YIKES! Some people!
Cheri I absolutely love you! You are hilarious! You need to market your blog out like some of the other lame-o blogs we know who make tons of money from their "pretend" lives who aren't half as funny as yours! Seriously girl it sounds like your on a daily episode of the office!
