I'm sitting at work today, and Beverly Oouts, a sadly unfortunate and awkward seasonal worker is speaking to her daughter on the phone (we are part of a 4 part cubicle thing so I'm not trying to listen in, it is just unavoidable in close working conditions). Turns out, Beverly's family has had a case of Lice! YIKES!!! I have never been in contact with lice before, but just the thought has given me the heebiejeebies! She was giving her daughter instructions to get this 'spray' and spray everything down with it. Um. Spray? Aren't you suppossed to like strip down everything and wash it like crazy? Then she says, "Yah, thats what we've used in the past. It doesn't get them all though, there are always a few that don't die so we'll just get them next time." Whoa whoa WHOA! Next time?!!!" Who are these people! Shouldn't lice be a one time thing? Something normal people avoid like the plague? Who prepares for a 'next time!' *shudder*
I can't stop itching just thinking about it! Anywho, when I returned from lunch the following picture was on my desktop, courtesy of Sam, one of my fellow employees who was present!

Happy Monday!*shudder*
